YOU MUST WEAR A TEAM CAP AT MEETS. NO OTHER CAPS WILL BE ALLOWED-
You can purchase a Round Hill cap in the Aquatics Office if you do not already own one!
NO WEARING RASH GUARDS TO PRACTICES-
Wearing extra clothes in the water constricts a swimmer's movement. It is difficult for swimmers to practice proper stroke technique when wearing rash guards.
NO WEARING YOUR NEW TEAM SUIT TO PRACTICE-
Team suits are striclty for meets. If you start wearing them to practices, then the suit will get stretched out and fade.
(1) Suits need to be tight for racing, so you do not want it to get stretched out.
(2) We want the team suits to look good, not faded!
IF YOU HAVE LONG HAIR, YOU HAVE TO WEAR A SWIM CAP TO PRACTICE-
Any swimmers with long hair needs to wear a cap to practice. If you get in the water without one... a coach will tell you to get OUT and go get one!
